IMPORTANT: Attendance Expectations
At Champions Academy, consistent and full attendance is absolutely crucial — not only for each student’s growth and success, but also as a requirement of our grant funding. Our program is supported by the federal 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) grant, and average daily attendance is a major factor directly tied to the receipt of our funding allotments.
To maintain program eligibility and ensure continued funding, families are required to:
✔️ Ensure students attend daily and stay for the full duration of the program
✔️ Communicate all absences in writing (email or note)
✔️ Limit tardies and early pickups, as frequent occurrences may count against attendance
Please note that excessive absences, tardies, or early departures may result in dismissal from the program. We appreciate your partnership in supporting both your child’s success and the sustainability of Champions Academy.
We look forward to partnering with you for a successful school year!
